Newly launched media company NGMG LTD just acquired yet another major online media company a digital magazine based in the United Kingdom Nubia Magazine! The magazine made its first official issue in January 2020, it has grown to be one of the most significant serials on the internet covering the internet most searched topics across the globe with features from and on different countries. The magazine was originally published by the Nubia Magazine Group until the acquisition of the company 3 days ago 7th August, 2021 by the new UK Media Company NGMG LTD. NGMG is a new media company with 5 shareholders from the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria and Italy. Set to become the new home and parent company of the media organisation Nubia Magazine!

The company’s largest shareholder Mr. Apata Bayode says they are on course to purchase and invest in more internet media platforms for the next 24 months, he further mentioned Nubia Magazine will be partnering with bigger brands across the globe to better improve services and global circulation.
