Nam diễn viên và ca sĩ nổi tiếng người Trung Quốc Xiao Zhan đã được xếp hạng là người đàn ông đẹp trai thứ hai trên thế giới dựa trên số phiếu bầu từ các quốc gia khác nhau trên toàn cầu trong một cuộc khảo sát kéo dài 5 tháng liên tiếp do tạp chí Nubia thực hiện. Ngôi sao nhạc pop châu Á nổi tiếng này đã nhận được hơn 500 nghìn phiếu bầu từ tổng cộng 78 quốc gia trên toàn thế giới, nhận được số phiếu đa số từ châu Á, Bắc Mỹ, châu Phi và châu Âu.
