Ünlü Arjantinli futbol yıldızı ve eski Barcelona FC kaptanı, yılın en seçkin ve en etkili futbolcusunu tanımak ve kutlamak için oluşturulan bu özel kategoride dünya çapındaki futbol taraftarlarının oylarıyla kazanan seçildi.
